Managing your plan

You can view and manage your plan from Dashboard > Settings > Plan. From there you can upgrade to Pro, cancel, or update your payment method.


Updating your payment method

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Billing to update the card on file for your SoundPage Pro subscription. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.


Canceling Pro

You can cancel Pro at any time from Dashboard > Settings > Plan > Cancel Plan. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to Starter automatically.

We don't offer prorated refunds for unused time on a monthly plan.


Billing date

Your billing date is set to the day you first subscribed to Pro. You're charged on that date every month (or once per year if you're on annual billing).


Receipts and invoices

Receipts are sent automatically to the email address on your account after each charge. If you need a specific invoice, email us at [email protected] and include your account email and the billing date.


Changing your account email

To update the email address on your SoundPage account, go to Dashboard > Settings > Account. You'll receive a confirmation email at the new address before the change takes effect.
