Once fans subscribe, you can keep track of who's active and how your membership is doing.

Member statuses you'll see

• Active: subscribed and paid.
• Trialing: in a trial period (if offered).
• Past due: a payment failed; the member may resubscribe or update their card.
• Canceled: the membership has ended.

A fan can hold one active membership with you at a time.

Tips

• Don't panic over the occasional past due, cards expire and payments retry. Many recover on their own.
• When someone cancels, that's a signal, not a failure, keep posting value and some will come back.
• Treat your members like the inner circle they are. The direct relationship is the whole point.
