SoundPage uses direct-to-seller payments. Your money goes straight to your Stripe or PayPal account, not to us.

How payments work

When a buyer checks out, the payment goes directly to your connected Stripe or PayPal account. SoundPage does not act as an intermediary, hold funds, or issue payouts on a schedule.

You receive the money as soon as the transaction clears, subject to any processing times from Stripe or PayPal (usually 1-2 business days for Stripe, instant for PayPal balance).

Connecting Stripe

Go to Dashboard > Payments and click Connect Stripe. You'll be redirected to Stripe to complete the connection. Once connected, you can start accepting card payments immediately.

Stripe supports most countries. Check Stripe's website for a full list of supported countries.

Connecting PayPal

Go to Dashboard > Payments and click Connect PayPal. You'll link your existing PayPal Business account. Buyers who choose PayPal at checkout will pay through PayPal's system directly to your account.

Transaction fees

Starter plan: SoundPage deducts 12% from each sale. If you sell a beat for $30, you receive $26.40 (before any Stripe or PayPal processing fees).

Pro plan ($29/month): No SoundPage transaction fee. You receive the full sale amount. Stripe and PayPal still charge their own standard processing fees (typically ~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).

Refunds

SoundPage does not process refunds on your behalf. If a buyer requests a refund, you handle it directly through your Stripe or PayPal dashboard. Digital products are generally non-refundable, but that's your policy to set and communicate.
