To issue a refund, click the Orders tab in the left navigation menu and then select the purchase that you want to refund. You’ll find the option to refund there in the item sale dashboard.

Refunds on purchases

SoundPage products are digital and delivered instantly, so per the Terms purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law. Because fans pay you directly, any refund you choose to give is issued from your own Stripe or PayPal account.

Membership cancellations

• A member can cancel their membership at any time.
• When a payment fails, the membership goes past due and may retry before canceling.
• Canceled members lose access to gated perks and posts.
