When you've got something to share, a new beat pack, a sale, a release, email campaigns let you reach your audience directly. Emailing your customers is a Pro feature.
To get started, select Campaigns from the left navigation menu and hit the create button.
Setting up your campaign

The form will be self-explanatory but here’s a quick overview of what to expect:
- Name: Your internal name for the campaign - not customer facing
- Subject line: The title of your email - this is customer facing
- Reply-to: The sender email address that customers can reply to for support
- Target: Who should the campaign go out to (Subscribers, customers, everyone)?
- Subscribers: fans who signed up through your page.
- Design blocks: Add text and links to your product for the email campaign\

Customizing the email
SoundPage provides first and last name variables that we pull in from the contact form or customer purchase order that they filled out previously. We also offer a link tool so you can add URLs to your text.

After you send, SoundPage tracks deliveries, opens, and clicks so you can see what landed.
- One clear call to action per email outperforms a wall of links.
- Subject lines decide whether anyone opens, keep them short, specific, and honest.
- Don't over-send. A focused email around real news beats frequent filler.
